Dear David,
Every year we try to plan a great event in honor of our support staff, and we usually have been pretty successful. This year, however, tops all past events. This is due to your spectacular show.
David, our firm had experienced tremendous change in the last year and as you know change is difficult and stressful for people in the workplace. Your wonderful wit, dynamic stage presence and fabulous show were exactly the tonic we needed. I saw people laughing so hard that tears were falling. I saw analytical attorneys gasping to find out how you were able to do those card tricks and suspend your assistant in mid-air. Quite frankly David, your excellent show gave all of us a respite from dealing with the day-to-day stresses associated with so much change. We walked back to our offices recharged and energized.
